Deep Garnet colour, aromas of blackberry and white chocolate with tannins that provide a velvety texture and silky smooth finish. Aged in French oak for 14 months, and 5 months in the bottle before release.

Winemakers Notes: Crafted from grapes brought in from premier vineyards around the world. These grapes are processed, aged, bottled, and cellared in POTB’s private Sarahbella Cellars, located at their winery in Keuka Park, New York. Aged in French oak for 14 months, and 5 months in the bottle before release.

Food Accompaniment: Pairs well with grilled lamb, BBQ ribs and many cuts of beef.
