Cherry Blossom Lager

Cherry Blossom Lager is Dominion's Spring seasonal beer and has been causing a storm in the UK year on year.

Brewed with Munich, Carafoam and Vienna malts and Perle and Tradition hops, the lager is then conditioned on 300 pounds of Michigan cherries for 48 hours. Michigan cherries are not the sweet kind, they're the tart kind. And this is why the resulting lager tastes like a effervescent, blushing and tart beer, resembling a pink champagne.

"This subtly pink-hued brew hints at what the flavor will reveal: Bready sweetness kicks off the sip before some fruitiness takes hold. It’s not an overtly cherry-flavored beer, but the cherry reveals itself in a sweetness that gives the mouthfeel some weight and some brightness in the finish."
